Terms and Conditions – Pritam North East Tour and Travels
Welcome to Pritam North East Tour and Travels. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking Policy
All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, phone, or authorized agents.
A minimum deposit (as specified per package) is required to confirm any booking.
Full payment must be made before the tour starts unless agreed otherwise.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payment via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, or cash (as applicable).
Payment receipts and invoices will be issued for all transactions.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 15 days before the tour: 90% refund
Cancellations made 7–14 days before the tour: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour: No refund
In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or emergencies, refund decisions will be made at our discretion.
4. Rescheduling & Changes
Tour rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
Any changes to the itinerary after confirmation may attract additional charges.
5. Travel Insurance
We recommend all travelers purchase personal travel insurance. Pritam North East Tour and Travels is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or for medical expenses incurred during the trip.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, roadblocks, political unrest, or force majeure events.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or inconvenience during the tour. However, we ensure all precautions for safe and smooth travel.
7. Health and Safety
It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they are medically fit for travel.
COVID-19 or other health-related restrictions issued by the government must be followed.
8. Code of Conduct
Travelers are expected to respect local customs, fellow tourists, and guides.
Any misbehavior, unlawful activity, or misconduct may result in immediate termination of the tour without any refund.
9. Property Damage
Any damage caused to vehicles, hotels, or local property by a guest will be the financial responsibility of that individual.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [City, e.g., Guwahati or Delhi].
Any disagreements will first be attempted to resolve amicably.
11. Use of Photos & Videos
Pritam North East Tour and Travels may use photos or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes including website, social media, brochures, or advertisements.
If your photo or video is used by mistake and you do not wish for it to appear in any of our promotional materials, please contact us immediately at support@pritamnortheasttours.in. We will remove it promptly without any dispute.
